WINTER. group acquires the insolvent A. u. G. Trinklein GmbH

Since May 1st 2011 the company is a a 100 percent subsidiary of the Winter Group Holding, which is located in Amberg.




New building in Middle Franconia

With a capital expenditure of about 5.2 million € the WINTER.group Holding GmbH
is realising the new building of the SPECK pump factory Hilpoltstein.
The new head office includes a 3.200 m² production area and over 800 m² office
area. The ground-breaking ceremony took place on April 25th, 2008.
